PAYMENT METHODS

Payment options accepted through Pay Pal include the following:

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays excluding holidays.

For express service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM EST. 2-day orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday 11AM EST will arrive on Tuesday. 2 day delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Wednesday.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. In general, orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Article22|Article22 Trading Co. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

At the above rates, international orders do not include tracking. If you would like to include tracking, email hello@shoparticle22.com for FedEx or UPS rates starting at $30.

* Some countries apply customs fees. Italy, for example, has applied 11 Euro fees, however, delays and fees associated with customs vary by shipment and country.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Article22|Article22 Trading Co. online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.

Sale merchandise are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.

We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.

We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

1.Before sending out your return / exchange package, please email hello@shoparticle22.com and include the following information:

I would like to request a Return Authorization # (RA#)

2. Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made via email.

3. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.

4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your # very visibly on the outside of the package.

5. Returns will not be accepted without an RA# from Article22|Article22 Trading Co.
